In deze privacyverklaring legt Neoseum uit hoe zij omgaat met persoonsgegevens.
Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening
Gegevensbescherming (AVG) en de geldende Nederlandse wetgeving.
Op dit moment verwerkt Neoseum uitsluitend persoonsgegevens van de persoon
die een reservering maakt (de “boeker”).
Deelnemers aan een ervaring hoeven zelf geen persoonsgegevens aan te leveren.
Indien de boeker hiervoor expliciet toestemming heeft gegeven, kan Neoseum
de contactgegevens van de boeker gebruiken voor het versturen van
marketingcommunicatie, zoals nieuwsbrieven of informatie over nieuwe
ervaringen en aanbiedingen.
De boeker kan deze toestemming op ieder moment intrekken door gebruik te
maken van de afmeldmogelijkheid in de communicatie of door contact op te
nemen met Neoseum.
Persoonsgegevens worden niet gebruikt voor marketingdoeleinden zonder uitdrukkelijke toestemming.
Indien toestemming vereist is, wordt deze expliciet gevraagd.
Persoonsgegevens worden niet langer bewaard dan noodzakelijk is voor de
doeleinden waarvoor zij zijn verzameld, tenzij een langere bewaartermijn
wettelijk verplicht is.
Gegevens die niet langer nodig zijn, worden zorgvuldig en veilig verwijderd.
Neoseum verkoopt of verhuurt geen persoonsgegevens aan derden.
Persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend gedeeld indien dit noodzakelijk is voor
de uitvoering van de reservering of om te voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen.
Neoseum neemt passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om
persoonsgegevens te beveiligen tegen verlies, ongeoorloofde toegang,
wijziging of misbruik.
Verzoeken kunnen worden ingediend via de officiële communicatiekanalen
van Neoseum.
Reserveringen voor minderjarigen worden gemaakt door een volwassen boeker.
Neoseum verzamelt niet bewust persoonsgegevens van kinderen.
Neoseum behoudt zich het recht voor om deze privacyverklaring te wijzigen.
De meest actuele versie is altijd beschikbaar voor bezoekers en deelnemers.
