At NEOSEUM, visitors step inside and disappear to Ancient Egypt, far-future worlds and places they never thought possible. No screen, no controller. Just walking around freely in a hyper-realistic VR environment that feels real.

After Eindhoven and Amsterdam, we expect to open our third location in Q1 2027 at Blaak 333 in Rotterdam. This will be our flagship: the place where hospitality and technology come together. Next to the VR expeditions, it has its own bar serving coffee, tea and soft drinks.

As Location Manager you are the face and the driving force of this location. You are fully responsible for both the hospitality side and the VR side, and you make sure every single visit feels perfect, from the first welcome to the last goodbye. Not from behind a desk, but present, involved and hands-on.

What you do

• Open and close the location
• Be responsible for the shifts from Tuesday to Sunday
• Lead your colleagues on the floor and set the standard for hospitality
• Welcome, inform and guide visitors
• Run the bar: coffee, tea and soft drinks, including stock and quality
• Own the VR experience flow: from start-up and guest briefing to smooth, high-quality sessions
• Spot and solve operational and technical issues before guests notice them
• Keep the location safe, clean and beautifully presented

What we ask

• Experience in hospitality, retail or entertainment
• A genuine passion for hospitality: naturally welcoming, presentable and service-minded
• The drive to get every detail right, every day
• Comfortable in a leading role within a small team
• Independent, solution-focused and calm under pressure
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• An affinity with technology. You do not need to be an expert, but a technical challenge does not put you off
• Flexibly available from Tuesday to Sunday, weekends included

Onboarding

You start with an onboarding period in Eindhoven or Amsterdam, where you get to know the concept inside out: from operations to guest experience and technology. So you open the doors in Rotterdam with confidence.

What you earn

EUR 3,250 to EUR 4,250 gross per month, depending on experience.
