Why we need a permanent home

The question we hear most: how long are you staying? The honest answer: not much longer. The Heuvel shopping centre is being renovated, so our pop-up closes around January.

We have our own place in Eindhoven in sight. More floor space to walk through, room for 12 visitors at once, and a waiting area with a coffee corner. Our aim is a smooth move: the new location opens early 2027.

NEOSEUM grew thanks to our visitors. That is why we are building the next step together with you.

What you get back

You lend us an amount from €250 and get it back with 4% interest a year, part of it every quarter. From €500 you also get a reward.

Fitting out the building (walls, floors, electrics, lighting), the experience space and the waiting area, and four new VR systems so we can welcome groups of 12.

How to take part

  2. Choose your amountFrom €250. You need a Dutch bank account.
  3. Get paid every quarterFirst three months interest only, then repayment plus interest in 21 quarterly instalments.

Questions

What if the minimum is not reached?
Then the campaign does not go ahead and everyone gets their money back.
What are the risks?
This is a subordinated loan: if things go wrong, other creditors come first and you can lose (part of) your money. CrowdAboutNow advises putting no more than 10% of your free investable assets into crowdfunding. Only lend money you can spare.
How long does the loan run?
66 months. For the first three months you receive interest only, then we repay in 21 equal quarterly instalments, with interest on the outstanding amount.
Can the tickets be used in Amsterdam too?
Yes. Amsterdam stays open as usual, and you can use the tickets there too.
Can I take part without a Dutch bank account?
No, this campaign requires a Dutch bank account.
