Every time slot is yours alone. No other visitors in the room.
Bigger groups go in time slots in a row, 10 per slot in Eindhoven, 8 in Amsterdam.
No VR experience needed. Our team helps everyone get started. A visit takes about 30 minutes.
Ask for a quote, valid for 48 hours. Once you accept it, you receive the invoice.
About 30 minutes per group. Please arrive 5 minutes before your time slot. With several time slots, each part of your group starts 20 minutes after the previous one.
You book full time slots at a fixed €210.00 per time slot excl. VAT, for up to 10 people in Eindhoven or 8 in Amsterdam. Places you do not fill are yours too, so bring a few more colleagues.
We email the quote with a link to accept it. It is valid for 48 hours and we hold your time slots for that long. After you accept, you receive the invoice: pay it within 5 working days, and at the latest 3 days before your visit. Without acceptance the time slots become available again after 48 hours.
