How do people avoid hitting each other? Or the wall?

All participants can see each other through a digital representation, making it easy to look out for one another. Clear boundaries prevent you from leaving the expedition area, and a staff member is always present to ensure everyone’s safety.

Whats your cleaning and sanitization proces?

We clean and disinfect all equipment after every use, including the masks on our headsets, headset lenses and headphones pads. Sanitizing our equipment is always a standard procedure as health, safety, and cleanliness is a priority.

Will I get motion sickness?

No. Our expeditions are designed to feel natural and comfortable. You can move freely, and what you see always matches your real position in the space. Many visitors who have felt motion sick in other immersive experiences do not experience it during our expeditions.

The Expedition

How long does the immersive expedition last?

The experience itself last for 20 minutes. With an instruction beforehand take 30 minutes into account.

From what age can you do the expeditions?

Our content is primarily designed for adults, but children aged 8 and older can also fully enjoy the expeditions. Younger participants are often curious and engaged, making it a great shared experience for families.

Can I wear my glasses?

Yes. You can wear your glasses whilst doing the expeditions. Our equipment has room for almost all frames.

Is the expedition accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, people using a wheelchair can join an expedition. If you require assistance with movement, someone from your group will need to be available to help you during the expedition.

In which langauges are the expeditons available?

We offer our expeditions in multiple languages. Our primary languages are Dutch and English, and we also support several others, including German, French, Spanish, and Chinese. If you are unsure whether your language is available, you can inquire in advance by sending us an e-mail or by filling out the contact form.

What is the price of ticket?

The current ticket price is €17.50. At this time, we do not offer additional discounts, such as for Museumkaart holders or children.

How many people can participate at the same time?

We have a capacity of up to 6 people at the same time. Groups larger than 6 can still book by selecting a time slot, choosing the number of participants, and then selecting an additional time slot for the remainder of the group. If you would like assistance with a larger booking, do not hesitate to contact us.

Do I need to reserve a timeslot online, or do you accept walk-ins?

Tickets are available at the door; however, we recommend reserving a time slot online to ensure you can go at your preferred time. We only accept card payments at the door.

Do I need to print my ticket in advance?

No, we can scan your ticket from your phone. However, printing it may be useful if you prefer to have a paper version with the access information.

Can I change the date of my ticket?

Yes, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your ticket.

Can I cancel or get a refund for my ticket?

Tickets are neither refundable nor cancellable.

If I can't come, can someone else use my ticket?

What happens if I arrive late?
